eBrochures are provided under licence and no transfer of ownership of
the ebrochure to the customer is included or implied.
The eBrochure licence period expires 12 months from the date of
publication, or
whenever the customer's payment period expires, unless otherwise agreed
in writing.
eBrochures
are created from pdf files, which are to be provided by the client.
It is possible to create an eBrochure by converting other file formats
to pdf, or
creating pdf files directly
from an existing websites (contact us for more information).
We can arrange for pages from existing printed brochures to be
digitally scanned into pdf files.
Additional pages can be added and amendments or alterations made to
ebrochures after publication
Video or audio inserts can be included within the eBrochure.
With the unpredictability of internet technology, we cannot warrant
(either expressly or by implication) that the function, operation or
accessibility of the ebrochure shall be uninterrupted or error-free,
that defects shall be corrected, or that the ebrochure shall be free of
viruses or other harmful elements. We shall not be liable for damages
of any kind and howsoever arising, (including but not limited to damage
caused by viruses, worms or trojan horses) related to use of, or
inability to access or properly use, any part of the ebrochure. We
expressly exclude liability for direct, indirect or consequential loss
or damage including but not limited to loss or damage in respect of the
ebrochure, its use, the lack of availability of the ebrochure or any
part of it or its content, loss of or damage to data or in respect of
other equipment or property whether or not the same may be in our care,
custody or control, for loss of profit, business, revenue, goodwill or
anticipated savings, or otherwise.
